Q1: What are the benefits of downloading and playing the lectures?

A1: With regular streaming playback, watching on mobile outside a Wi-Fi environment can use a large amount of data,

  which may result in high data usage and extra charges. With downloaded playback, however, no streaming traffic occurs,

  and there is no buffering caused by the data connection.

Q2: Can I play the downloaded lectures completely offline?

A2: When playing a video file, playback permission is checked at the beginning using a very small amount of data.

   Therefore, you need to be connected to the internet, even in a slow network environment. If your device only supports Wi-Fi, such as an iPad,

   you can connect to the internet using your mobile phone’s tethering or hotspot feature before use. Since the data used for authentication is extremely small,

   you do not need to worry about data charges.

Q3: Can I watch the downloaded lectures permanently? Can they be played on any player?

A3: No. Downloaded files are DRM-protected and encrypted, so they will expire when the course access period ends. Playback is only available through Kollus Player.
