< Number of Registered Devices > 

You can register up to 3 devices in total: 2 PCs and 1 mobile device.

< Number of Device Resets > 

Device reset is available once per year free of charge.

Since it renews every January 1, you can freely reset your registered devices once every year on January 1.

< Device Recognition Logic > 

※ Devices are basically identified by hardware ID. Therefore, if you change hardware such as the HDD,or perform a factory reset or format,

the device may often be recognized as a different device. Please note that an additional device may be registered, or playback may not be available if the device limit is exceeded.

< How to Reset Devices Free of Charge >

You can reset your registered devices free of charge once per year.

You can reset them by going to My Info > clicking the available device reset button at the bottom.

< How to Reset Devices as a Paid Service > 

If you do not meet the free reset conditions above, you can reset your devices after paid payment through “My Info > Device Reset button at the bottom.”

※ Paid reset has been introduced due to indiscriminate device reset requests. Thank you for your understanding. 

< Cases Where Paid Device Reset Is Not Available - When Taking CGPASS Courses > 

※ For members taking CGPASS courses, paid device reset is not available except for the once-per-year reset due to device sharing and unauthorized use issues.

< Notice > 

 As many device reset issues occur when PCs are replaced by individuals or companies, the policy will be changed as follows.

※ The previous reset policy based on submitting proof documents for PC replacement, etc. will be discontinued. This is because it is often difficult for each company to issue proof documents for PC replacement and similar cases. 

※ One free reset is available per year, and any additional reset afterward will be changed to a paid reset. A free reset will be available again on January 1 of the following year.
