This is a good course for building fundamentals.
It explains things step by step, and even when it connects to content that has not yet been covered, it briefly explains it and moves on.
Since those topics are explained in more detail in later lessons, there is no need to worry.
The course is systematic, and I feel that my understanding of the tools has become much broader.

I am about halfway through the course, and the instructor feels very patient and thorough.
Repeating the same explanations cannot be easy, but the instructor kindly repeats things from a beginner’s perspective.
I want to make good use of the remaining course period and study very carefully.

Thanks to this course, I learned how to work with modeling tools.
I think it is a course I can recommend to people around me.

While taking the Designer course, I realized how powerful Substance Designer is as a tool.
The concepts were explained one by one from the basics, and toward the end, I even thought, “Could I make this without watching the lesson video?”
However, the instructor mentions many important points in the videos, so I recommend watching everything.
I came to think of Designer as one of the best tools for creating natural materials such as soil and cliffs.
One thing I wish had been included is an explanation of how to bring sources made in Substance Designer into Substance Painter.

This is definitely a good course.
However, for people like me who may not understand things very quickly, the Substance Painter section might feel a little difficult.
It feels a bit insufficient if you try to learn Substance Painter with only this course.
Everything else is great.
